NIBCO’s LD-7000 and LD-3000 large-diameter butterfly valves provide bi-directional and dead-end isolation in commercial and industrial service applications, including HVAC (condensers, chilled water, and hot water heating), hot and cold potable water, compressed air (NBR liner), vacuum service, and end-of-line service (dead-end).

High-Quality Materials and Construction

NIBCO large-diameter butterfly valves are created with high-quality, innovative design and materials that ensure superior performance. Constructed of ductile iron, the epoxy-coated valves feature a molded-in seat liner (available in either EPDM or NBR) that is rated for full pressure end-of-line service, a one-piece, high-strength, stainless steel stem and a double-flanged U-section.

NIBCO offers a 5-year limited liability warranty that its valves will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Sized for Performance

LD-7000 butterfly valves range in size from 14 inches to 60 inches, with a pressure rating of 232 psi and are available with an option of aluminum bronze, nylon-coated ductile iron and stainless steel discs.

LD-3000 butterfly valves range in size from 14 inches to 24 inches, with a pressure rating of 250 psi and are available with an option of aluminum bronze and stainless steel discs.

With the addition of these valves to the NIBCO product line, NIBCO now has one of the broadest offerings of large diameter butterfly valves on the market.
