Once a distributor has approved your connection request, simply submit your bill of materials from your estimating program or via your TRA-SER® login directly. Your list is instantly matched against your distributors’ custom price files, resulting in your list being returned with your specific pricing in seconds.

If you have a favorite distributor that you'd like to connect with at bid time, please let us know and we’ll work to have them added.  Supplier Xchange™ works 24/7 so you can work on bids after business hours and when your distributors are closed. This is especially great for those times when there doesn’t seem to be enough time to get everything done!

HOW TO GET CONNECTED TO YOUR PREFERRED DISTRIBUTORS

To get connected with one or more of your preferred Distributors, let us know who you want to connect with, and we will get working on getting the connection established:

1. Login to the Trade Service Live website tsl.tradeservice.com

2. Click on Supplier Xchange -> My Distributor and select option to add a new distributor.

3. Use the search by zip code option to look up by distributor and select the distributor to connect with.

4. Or, if you don’t see the distributor(s) you want to connect with, select ‘Request Distributors’ and fill out the form providing information about the distributor you want to connect with.

5. After you fill out the form, an email will get sent to the distributor contact you provided information on.

6. A Trimble Support Specialist will work with you and your distributor to complete the setup process. This may require an introduction call to talk about the Supplier Xchange process and answer any questions your distributor contact may have in regards to participating on the Supplier Xchange service.

7. Once the distributor provides pricing, the Supplier Xchange connection is established and you are notified that you can start to use Supplier Xchange.
