Our products are a one-piece hinged construction for high density insulation for hot or cold pipe systems. Products have a vapor barrier and galvanized steel shield in one pre-assembled unit – always meeting code specifications. All products are cut to precisely fit copper, steel, cast iron, or PP-R Pipe.

• Chilled piping or tubing for domestic hot water between -250 degree F. and +225 degree F.
• Chilled to steam piping or tubing for dual temperature lines between +20 degree F. and +1200 degree F.

We also offer custom application calcium silicate pipe sizes, custom application metal shields and custom expertise with hot and cold systems. VEP can readily machine many sizes using super fire-temp board with compressive strengths up to 900 PSI.
