Coming Soon: Submittal Manager 2.0!

The launch of the new Submittal Manager 2.0 is rapidly approaching, and we greatly value your opinion as we work to progress the product. We are dedicated to producing a user-friendly product focused on the workflow efficiency of your submittal creation. (See sample screenshots below.)
 
That being said, we would like to invite you to participate in the Submittal Manager Beta Partner Program.
 

Things to keep in mind:

  • We are reaching out to you prior to the launch of the product because we value your opinion and viewpoint as a customer.

    • As a customer, we want you to be able to shape the direction of the final product.

  • Currently the product is not fully developed so not all features have been developed and implemented. Features that we are still developing are the following:

    • Customizing Cover Page

    • Customizing Table of Contents

    • Customizing the Submittal Item Table

  • There is a possibility of experiencing performance issues and bugs due to this being a testing environment.

  • The submittal documents that you created on Trade Service Online will all migrate to the Trade Service Live Platform.


Key areas we are targeting to improve:

  • New user interface to simplify workflow
  • Improved search with product attribute filtering and document grouping
  • Easy upload, markup, and organization of specification documents
