SAN DIEGO – December 14, 2007 – Trade Service has formed an electrical Distributor Advisory Group (“DAG”), consisting of a representative group of its customers who subscribe to its product and pricing updating services.
Trade Service will utilize the electrical “DAG” to further refine its content-based offerings and to enhance, build, and release new content-based services to the marketplace. “We are fortunate to have a demanding and industry-savvy customer base. It’s the best resource a company can have to make sure it stays relevant in today’s rapidly-changing business climate,” said Tod Moore, Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
One DAG member, Steve Koons from The John A. Becker Co. comments, "Having had a close personal relationship with many Trade Service employees over the last thirty years, it's exciting to have a forum in which to express our concerns and help guide the evolution of the product by working with a group. We're acquiring some meaningful insight as to how our business practices are similar and how they differ from other DAG members.
