A-D preferred service provider. A-D
affiliates can confidently choose Trade
Service to solve the many content challenges
distributors face such as updating pricing
and product information, merchandising
non-stock items, powering web-storefronts,
and enhancing enterprise system performance.
Already over 100 A-D affiliates subscribe
to Trade Service products, so this agreement
formalizes the value that Trade Service
has already been providing. Trade Service
offers several products and services
that A-D affiliates rely on every day
to run their business.
- Current and new
Trade Service subscribers will earn
a rebate on all the services purchased
from Trade Service.
- The current billing
arrangement will not change.
- Trade Service will
continue to bill A-D affiliates and
Affiliates will continue to pay Trade
Service directly.
- Rebates will be remitted
to A-D on a monthly basis.
- Rebates will range
from 2% to 10% depending on content
received.
